I'm trying to return a defective item. I'm on the "return item" page, I've added details in the "add details" field. The "confirm return" button remains greyed out. There's a place to "add photos" and it says "please provide photos for this return" so I added photos of the item but still cannot proceed because the "confirm return" button is greyed out.
