Cannot complete purchase because of no shipping options

Question

Buyer is trying to complete purchase of an item i am selling. T hey claim that there are no shipping options so they cannot complete purchaser. I see in the listing that there are options for shipping available.

Can anyone help?

What is the item number?

I looked at your active listings, and each one either has free shipping, freight, local pickup, or a shipping cost.

Is your buyer looking at a listing that states freight or local pickup and is unsure of what that means?

@fpeco What's the item? I looked at your Case Taping Machine, and saw very low shipping costs. Is that right?
