Cannot change my phone number
I'm so frustrated. I'm at a library because I need to print a label to ship an item, since my printer is not working. eBay has my old phone number on file, and is not allowed me to change it in years!
Not because I'm at the library, for some reason my password is not working. I tried like 20 different combinations. In order to change my password, I need to know my password, which is not working! Or, I need to provide my phone number so they can send me a text. But again, they have the wrong phone number on file and I am unable to change it! I have called several times over the past few years and talk to several eBay employees to know avail regarding this issue.

If you can't log in at the library, I suggest you go home,
- log in on your home computer
- print the label to a PDF file at home
- email the pdf to yourself, or put it on a thumb drive and use that to print at the library
OR
- from home
- print to a QR code which you can access on your cell phone
- Take the QR code to the Post Office and they will print the label for you.

It's important that
1) You know your password by heart
2) You have access to the email account connected to your eBay account
3) You have access to the phone number connected to your account.
Get through this label issue, but don't keep trying to log in on a strange computer.
Go home and write your password down.
To change the phone number, you need to change it to a mobile phone number and you will need to verify that it is you by access to your email address and your eBay account.
