Cannot change account information becuase something went wrong?
So trying to update my contact information after first sale on Ebay and it will not let me change it? Says something went wrong? Won't tell me what went wrong? Is there an actual person who works at Ebay who can help as I want to conclude the sale. Not feeling positive in giving up financial or personal information if the website isn't even going to work oroperly?
