Cannot buy an item - seller seems to be blocking me - is that OK?

I was interested in a item. I received an offer from seller. I asked a few questions about the item, very respectfully. Seller didn't answer the questions. I decided to accept the offer, even though the questions were not answered. But the purchase wouldn't go through. Repeatedly. Later I tried to buy it at full price, without the offer. Don't take it personally. Lots of questions make some sellers nervous and a bad transaction can really harm their selling abilities.

Thank you for explaining this policy. The seller didn't accept returns, which is why I asked some questions. It's unfortunate that this seller lost a sale, and I did end up buying a similar item from another seller. Still, it feels unfair that the seller could block me from purchasing, without me having done anything wrong.

There is no one to complain to, because the seller has done nothing wrong. Sellers do not have many protections. Blocking buyers is a tool we can utilize for any reason or no reason at all with no explanation necessary. Sorry, but you will have to find another seller.

Sellers can block a buyer for any reason, or for no reason at all. It sounds like the seller felt you might not be happy with the item, so decided to block you to prevent that scenario from happening. Look for another seller who wants your business.
