Cannot access my profile page.
Figured I should ask here regarding this issue. I've been using eBay since 2023 and my experience with the site has been alright until today.
When I woke up to see my profile page, I noticed that it was absent with the text "Sorry, this user has not been found" in its place. I thought it was a mobile issue, but it says the same thing on my computer too. I haven't been logged out of my account. I changed my username and my password to see if it fixed the issue, but it's still there.
I don't know if it's a glitch on eBay's part, but I am concerned if this will have any effect on my purchases going forward, so I came here to see if there's something I can do to resolve the issue. I already submitted two reports explaining the issue, but I'm not sure how reliable those are. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
