cannot acces my account on my new laptop
I have a new computer. I cannot access my account on it. I have it on my phone but it is not allowing me to access it on this device.

How did you sign in to post here?
Use your computer's web browser or any other internet browser and sign in to https://www.ebay.com/ with your username & password.

OP2 years agoI went to help center. Weirdest thing. Shows me signed in but shows like a brand new beginning. No sales, no payments no Nada. On my phone it shows my account.

By any chance do you have another Ebay account?
If so, log out of this account you used here, and log back in with the other username and password.
