Cancelling shipping labels purchased

I purchased from two different carriers, I cancelled one for refund but Iâ€™ve never got credited

what can I do? Does eBay have a customer service number to call?

If it was USPS, it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive a refund for a voided label.

Yeah, I cancelled USPS shipping label. Itâ€™s been aprox. 2 weeks already. I didnâ€™t get any back yet
