Cancelling shipping labels
I need to cancel labels.
My printer stopped working. I finally printed my shipping label but the label printed 7 more times. I cancelled two labels but have 5 other labels that I want to cancel.

Mentor7 months agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the labels that you need to cancel/void. The carrier will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the labels were never used.
