Cancelling order when seller doesnt respond
Hello can anyone help out here. I ordered an item and paid for it on Dec 4th. Said delivery date the 14th-18th. As of now item hasn't even been processed or shipped. I reached out to seller 3x in past week no response.... eBay rejected my cancelation saying its too late contact seller but I know that is all computer generated. This was a gift and do not want anymore since will not arrive. What is next step?? Thank you.

Mentor1 year agoWhile the buyer can request a cancellation, only the seller can actually cancel, since the seller may be the only one in a position to know if an item has actually shipped or not.
If the seller neither refunds or nor ships, you can file an "item not received" case the day after the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase, and ask eBay to step in three business days later.
