Cancelling order, the final value fee is $87?

Hi everyone, im trying to cancel an order right now on eBay, however when I reach the page for the cancellation there’s a final value fee of $87 that will charge my debit card. Why is there this fee? And I how can I remove it? Thank you.

The final value fee is the amount you give eBay when an item sells - 13.2% on most items.
The fee was deducted from the buyer’s payment when it went into your payment account, which is why you owe less than the amount you want to refund the buyer now. You are giving the buyer $614, but only $526 needs to come out of your account because eBay is reversing the fee that was charged.
Your part of the refund to the buyer is $526, but you have only $451 available in your payment account. This is why they are going to charge your card for the remaining $75.
If the item just sold, then the buyer’s payment is not available to you yet to use for the refund. If the item sold a few days ago, you may have used some of that money for other shipping, or other costs. You can figure out which in your payment account. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
