Cancelling order
I sold a watch and realized the watch was not working. I therefore cancel the order and now the buyer is threatened to give me a negative feedback. What shall I do?

How did you go about cancelling the order? Did you do it through your Seller Hub? If you did, when you cancelled the order what reason did you select as the reason?
If you did go through the seller hub and cancel, the buyer can leave a negative and unfortunately for you it will stick. Just because a refund was automatic doesn't mean the buyer has to like not getting what they were expecting.

Mentor7 months agoThere is nothing you can do. If you cancelled the order, you disappointed the customer, who wanted the order.
What kind of threats are you getting?
