Cancelling FedEx Label - Available funds already deducted the label cost?
I'm a first time seller on EBay.
I did not use the FedEx label and delivery has been completed with another label. It shows that I initiated a cancellation/refund, but the shipping label cost was automatically deducted from my available funds and my payout has that amount (for the unused label) deducted. Do I just wait and they credit this $10.77 back into my account after a few weeks? WHO do I contact if I don't get this refund?

Label refunds generally take about 3 weeks, so you do need to wait. As long as the label was never scanned, there should be no issue getting the refund.
