cancelling an unpaid listing buyer did not want never paid
how do i cancel a listing without ebay claiming that i owe a refund to the buyer when buyer never paid? he simply did not mean to click buy it now or accept offer & never paid.
and now i cannot see how to cancel the listing without ebay saying i owe a refund?!!!!
i would just ignore it but ebay is still having the order as needing shipped....please help!!!

Mentor1 year agoebay should not be telling you to ship if the buyer never paid. Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
If you see the transaction listed there, the buyer has never paid. You can select to Cancel order. Select either Buyer request or Buyer hasn't paid (after 4 days of non payment).
