Cancelling an order
Hi. I had to cancel a sneaker order I received because I accidentally listed the wrong size. Will the buyer be refunded? I cancelled the order on behalf of the buyer right after they made payment. Item never shipped. Also, will I now be charged? eBay says I owe the money but I never cashed out.
