Cancelling an order
I refunded money to buyer (I no longer had the item). When I try to "cancel" order, eBay says I can't; that I have refunded the money. I just want to get it taken off my "ship it now" list. How can I cancel the order when I have already refunded the money?

Mentor3 years agoYou needed to cancel the transaction first, which would have also refunded. Since you refunded first you will have to wait till the refund clears the buyer's account, before you can go back an cancel.
