Cancelling an order
If I cancelled an order because the Seller is not responding and it's been 3 days then what happens next?
Will eBay automatically step in and cancel and refund my money after the 3 day of no response?

Buyers cannot cancel unilaterally without the cooperation of the seller.
The seller may have shipped already. If nothing arrives by the last estimated delivery date and there is no tracking showing progress in your direction, the next day you can file an "item not received" case. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund you. If the seller does neither, at that point you can ask eBay to step in and force a refund.

OP5 months agoThank you for this response. The Seller responded and said he would cancel item after I requested cancellation. That was 2 days ago and he still hasn't cancelled (he's being difficult). What happens next if he never cancels or ships? When will eBay step in? Do I need to take more action or will eBay automatically cancel if Seller never moves forward with cancelling or shipping?
