    Cancelling an Order
                     

     Can a seller just cancel an order once has agreed to a price?   I told seller I needed to update my address then seller cancel the order, I have since updated it

    Did you make the purchase? If so, the seller is required by eBay to ship to the address you approved at checkout. If that address was wrong, the seller has to cancel the transaction. See if you can purchase the item again with the correct address this time.
