Cancelling an order
I bought an item just last night and immediately afterwards, I found out based on a web search, that the item is no longer being manufactured. I’m concerned because in order to use the ninja Drinkworks machine, I need to be able to purchase drink pods and filter replacements and other items that are required to use it. I messaged the seller about an hour after I bought it to ask to cancel my purchase and have not heard back. Any suggestions?

The seller isn't required to respond to the message or cancel the order.
