Cancelling an old, unpaid order
How do I cancel an order when it says, "It's too late to cancel this order. Please contact the buyer to see if you can work something out.It's too late to cancel this order. Please contact the buyer to see if you can work something out."

You had up to 30 days from date of order to cancel the transaction due to "buyer didn't pay."
PER EBAY: Sellers can cancel an order if the buyer hasn't paid after 4 calendar days and up to 30 days after the order is placed. Learn more in our Order cancellation policy
