Cancelling a shipping label. eBay won’t allow cancelling
I created two labels for the one item and need to cancel a label. But eBay says I can’t cancel either label. I haven’t shipped item yet and I haven’t printed labels.

What message do you get when you try to cancel the label?
Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)

OP6 months agoThank you. I called eBay and found out since it is an International label I cannot cancel. I have to wait for the label to not be used for 30 days and then they will refund. eBay has become so $$$ to sell stuff on nowadays.
