cancelling a shipping label
I have a request from a buyer to cancel their order, which I have no problem doing, however I did already purchase & print the shipping label (through eBay). I see in eBay support I can request a refund and USPS has 21 days to approve or deny the refund of the unused label. What is everyones experience with this, do they typically approve refunds?

You can Cancel a label on this page, you have 28 days to do that and your account will be credited within 21 days of canceling: Track and manage your shipments
I have had NO issues with having the occasional cancelled label credited back to my account. You can watch for it on this page over on the right in the Recent Activity file: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
