How can I refund buyer when I haven’t been paid ebay holds everything?

Mentor3 years agoWith Managed Payments, if a buyer wants a refund, you have to fund the refund. Is this for a Buyer Requested cancellation?
Make sure you specify a method for each: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
Your buyer will be refunded from the method you selected to pay your seller fees. When the buyer's payment goes through payout, you will be reimbursed.
