Cancelling a sale
I am a first time seller and by mistake did not add a minimum for some loubiton heels, the buyer refuses to cancel but I cannot let these go for $200. What happens if I just don’t send? My bank accnt details aren’t added yet.

It is your responsibility as an Ebay seller to ship the item to the buyer that purchased your item.
If you choose not to sell/ship to the buyer, you will face serious consequences from Ebay, not to mention probable negative feedback from the buyer. Both will affect your future sales.
If you choose/are allowed to sell again on Ebay, you must start your minimum/starting bid at the least amount you would be willing to accept in order to sell your item.
This is a common mistake that first time sellers make.
