Cancelling a purchase in Ebay made in error that the seller agreed not to pursue as a courtesy.

Question

I opened an Email from Ebay with a purchase offer in it. I have the exact thing on sale and thought that it was an offer to buy. I goofed and chose to make the sale. Then I realized I purchased something not sold. The seller was gracious enough to not pursue payment but Ebay is still sending notices of payment. How can I get by the robots to a human at Ebay to cancel this.

@ifga16 The seller has to cancel the sale using either buyer requested OR cancel for non payment which gives you a strike on your account. The seller is the only one that can do this.
