Cancelling a Protection Plan
How do I cancel an Allstate protection plan when:
1) All state says to contact the seller
2) The seller says that it was purchased via eBay, and they have no way of cancelling
3) eBay says to log in to the Allstate account. I do this, and I cannot cancel
This is ridiculous. Is there an eBay contact that I can reach out to - a real person?
