Cancelling a possible fraudulent sale
I just made two sales to buyers which I now believe to possibly be fraudulent. How do I cancel the sales and issue refunds? When I go into the cancel order process, eBay only offers three possible reasons to choose from. I'm fairly new to eBay, so I need some guidance from more experienced sellers. Thanks so much.
