Cancelling a pick-up sale that was never picked up.
I sold a desk on January 22, 2026. Buyer was to arrange pick-up. Kept delaying and now no response to my messages. I want to cancel the sale so I can relist but eBay is not letting me!

You cannot cancel a transaction after more than 30 days. If the buyer paid, you can manually refund the buyer through your list of sold items - just select refund buyer next to that item.
Once refunded, you can relist the item.
