Mentor2 years agoSellers are not required to comply with cancellation requests. Cancellations cost sellers time and money they cannot recoup, and they disrupt the marketplace for other buyers. Some sellers have ordering systems that immediately take in orders for processing and it's too late to cancel.
You can check the listing to see if the seller takes returns. If he does, you can open a return, shipped at your expense once, you receive it.
