Cancelling a bidders bid for my item listed

A bidder contacted me just now and asked me to cancel her bid because she didnâ€™t realize the boots were a size 39. She actually wears a 38. I would like to cancel her bid, but I donâ€™t know how. My listing ends in a couple of hours. HELP

If you need to cancel a bid:

Go to Canceling bids placed on your listing.
Enter the item number, the username of the member whose bid youâ€™re canceling, and the reason youâ€™re canceling the bid.
Select Submit.
