cancelling a bid from a buyer

I need to know if there is a way to cancel a potential buyers bid. I do not accept bids from new users or users with less than 5 feedback. I clearly state in my description to contact me first or I will cancel your bid. You use to be able to cancel but I don't see that option anymore.

Just know that your account will be penalized for it. Anyone can bid/buy, including new buyers. You and I were new once too.

Buyers have no obligation to contact you before bidding. If you cancel bids from buyers based on their feedback, that doesn't do much for your reputation as a seller, and it drives business away from eBay which harms everyone.

But if you are fine with all that, you can cancel a buyer's bid. Go to the Help link at the top of any page and search for "cancel bid."
