cancelling
I bought a sofa more than a month ago and paid for it. The seller never responds. I have not received the product. The product return is rejected. The refund / cancelling is recejted. What should i do? the automatic assistant is never helpful.

Mentor1 year agoFirst, you can't file for a return because you have nothing to return. But your biggest problem is that you waited too long. On Ebay you have 30 days to file a claim. You clearly missed that window. Your only option now is to go to whatever credit card you purchased it with and file a dispute with them. I hope everything works out for you.
