cancelled usps shipping labels that I am being charged for

Question

I printed two shipping labels by mistake through usps. Neither was used because the box was too large. Both labels were cancelled and I printed a UPS label and sent the box. I am being charged for all three labels where as the buyer was to pay shipping. Sold item for $150. and now I am paying over $300.. This is ridiculous

@gary9252013 If you have already cancelled, the refund will come about 21 days later. If you haven't cancelled the unused labels, here is how to do that: Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay: - Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay - Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL. - Choose your reason for canceling the label. - Select Cancel shipping label. You have 28 days to cancel a label.
