Mentor3 years agoInstead of making 6 posts, why not just describe the problem and we might be able to suggest how to handle it. eBay will not see anything you post here.
If the seller provided a bad tracking # for a fedex package, get that in writing from fedex. Doing an online chat is easiest, since you can screen print the transcript. You don't need to know where the package was addressed, just that it was not addressed to you.
When you have this info, either open the not received claim as I described before, or just contact customer service. If you opened the claim, still call customer service. Explain the issue and they will give you an email address to send the proof to. That should get you your refund.
If CS can't help, call your credit card issuer - they can open a dispute for you for an item not received/incorrect tracking info.
