CANCELLED SHIPPING LABELS - NO REFUNDS RECEIVED
Sometimes, I have shipping labels that I must cancel and then make a new one.
In the past years, I always received notifications from USPS when they actually had refunded me. This year I NEVER receive letters from USPS stating that I was refunded I have no idea if they have refunded me and I don't like it~ I have even checked my ebay statements each month, but no label refunds! Has something completely changed?
