Cancelled Shipping Labels
Hello,
I cancelled a couple of shipping labels and regenerated with the correct return address. Will I be getting refunded the for cancelled labels that were never used?

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Mentor6 months agoIt can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
