cancelled shipping labels
I am just beginning to sell on ebay again and have messed up more than one shipping label by not adding the weight properly. I purchased another label in each case. I requested a refund but have not received one on any of the labels. What can I do?

eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

OP10 months agoThank you. It was USPS but I just can't find where I have been refunded. It sure adds up when I have made the mistake multiple times.

Shipping is the hardest thing to master. Just make sure to double check your package details before you purchase. If you don't see the option on the labels page look for a link to switch to the advanced labels page.
When your refund is approved you will get an email letting you know. The refund will be sent to your payment source. If it was your available funds on eBay you will see it credited back there. It may take a few days for it to be processed. If it was a CC it can take a couple of weeks to be credited there.
