Cancelled Shipping Label Refund
I have two cancelled shipping labels submitted on May 9th. I have]e not received a refund yet. Can you tell me if this still within the standard time of delay per eBay policy?

Once you cancel an unused shipping label, you should see the refund in approximately 21 or so days. There may be a lag between the USPS letting eBay know they approved the refund.
