Cancelled shipping label not refunded
I sold an item, the label had the wrong ship from address on it so I cancelled and bought a new label with the correct address. The Bot says it might take 24 hours for the label cancellation to go through, but it's been 72 hours and it's still charged to my account. Anyone else have this happen? Is there a number I can call to actually talk to a person? I can't even see anything on the order that says "cancellation pending" just a charge.

Not sure what bot you are referring to but the cost for the cancelled label will be credited back to your account in 21 days or less, not 24 hours.

OP8 months agoOh, ok. I meant the AI help bot, it told me "label cancellation can take up to 24 hours". Didn't talk to a person because it's not within service hours. Thanks, I'll just wait and hope that eventually it will come back to my account.

You can check on this page in Seller Hub, look at the Recent activity file on the right side of the page periodically, the credit will show up there: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay
