Cancelled shipping label

I have not received a refund for a cancelled shipping label and it’s taking forever.

21 days is 3 weeks. eBay isn't in charge of the time, it's the carrier that takes the time in refunding.

When the label says 'cancelled' you've been refunded. When it says cancel requested, you are still waiting for a refund.

Did you take the step to cancel the label? If not do that now.

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Reading from the bottom. I bought a label for $7.36. One day later, I canceled that label and bought the correct label for $9.05. Seventeen days later on Feb 16, I received the refund of $7.36.

The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel. It does seem like forever.
