It takes about 21 days for the refund to come through for a cancelled shipping label (the carrier waits that long to ensure the label isn't used). You'll receive an email when the refund is processed.

OP6 months agoWell, I was able to see I was refunded by going into my eBay account and finding it in my transactions, but I never did get an email. Thank you

I have an apology...I just ran through my emails from eBay and see that I do not receive one when the refund from a cancellation is issued, I receive one when USPS is processing the cancellation request. Sorry, to lead you astray on that!
