cancelled shipping label
the shipping label was incorrect. I cancelled it and printed another one. I reported the incorrect label for a refund.
To date I have not received my refund for the shopping label. how do I contact Ebay

You don't need to contact eBay. The carrier will issue a refund in about 21 days (they wait that long to ensure the shipping label hasn't been used).

Go back to the Manage shipping labels page and double check to be sure you actually processed the cancellation for the correct label.

If you cancelled the label used for the package that was shipped, you won't receive a refund.

OP8 months agounder shipping and cost details it states "refund success" I don't know what this means.

It sounds like the refund went through. The refund would go to your original payment method. I pay for my labels with PayPal, so that's where my refund would go. If you pay for your label with your pending funds, then your credit would have gone there.
