Cancelled shipping label
I canceled a shipping label within 3 minutes and bought a different carrier label. It says it has been cancelled, but I have never received my money back. I can’t get a live chat and Nomorobo keeps blocking E-Bay when they call and they say they can’t unblock that number because it is known for scammers. How can I get my money back for the label that was never used! Why is it so hard to get help from E-Bay?
