Cancelled shipping label
I requested to cancel a shipping label on March 7.
I purchased it without insurance, so I cancelled and purchased a label with insurance.
I have yet to receive a refund.
The USPS tells me it's up to Ebay.
Ebay tells me it's up to USPS.
It cost me over $81 for this label.
Will I see a refund or am I out of luck?

When you cancel a USPS label purchased it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
