Cancelled return by mistake ... HELP!?
Now system wont't allow me to select "return" again, reading "return cancelled"
Can anyone help me as to how to proceed? Thanks. g

If you cancelled the Return Request, it cannot be reopened nor can you file a new request regarding the same item.
