Cancelled Purchase
I purchased for the "buy it now" price, submitted payment and waited for shipping confirmation. 4 days later I was informed that my transaction was cancelled. The note on the cancellation said "buyer"...me...cancelled. I DID NOT cancel. The same day I saw the item relisted, same pictures and description but instead of the $699 buy it price it was relisted for $999. I was going to let it go, but I just got emailed that I could make and offer. I offered $699 and was immediately rejected.
Do I have any recourse? I can't through to contact anyone at eBay...hoping someone knows how.

There is not much you can do but you can try this: Report an issue with a seller | eBay
Contacting eBay will not do anything either. They cannot force the Seller to send you the item at the price you paid. If the Seller avoided getting a strike on their account by using that reason instead of Out of stock which would have given them the strike.
