Cancelled previous shipping label
On a sold item, I printed out a usps label and then realized that the weight was wrong, so I went back and created a new label with the proper weight. I also marked the item as not shipped. How do I cancel the previous shipping label and get a refund

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
