Cancelled orders; you paid for that LABEL but were NOT automatically refunded
When a customer asks to ship to a different address and I have already created a label and then I proceed to CANCEL that order.
I believe eBay should refund me the shipping charges and void the label or at least ASK TO DO THAT AT TIME OF CANCELLATION. eBay says it's on me to do the label cancellation which as a seller of 20 years it was not clear.
Anyone else now aware you've been sending eBay/shippers money for labels you've never used?

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
