Cancelled order request
I placed a "buy it now" order of a particular part for my lawn tractor, but when I clicked on "buy it now", another more expensive item that was in my cart was "bought now" as well. I did not expect this and cancelled that order immediately. Now in my messages it says it can't be cancelled. I have not gotten any other info for about a week. I've messaged the seller and he said "it should be cancelled" but now I'm getting ghosted. What do I do? I literally canceled that order within 30 seconds so there should have been no doubt that I did not want the item. (Over $500)

Mentor9 months agoBuyers cannot cancel an order, they can only request that the seller cancel the transaction.
What is the status of the order when you look at the order details in your Purchase History? If the order has not been cancelled and has been shipped you can try to file a Return Request when you receive the item.
