Cancelled order, reposted at higher price
Purchased item at buy it now for $22. Get message that it was lossed in shipping and issued refund. Go to rebuy from same seller, and it is $32. So now I'm out another week because the seller wanted more money after they agreed on initial amount. Bad faith. What can I do?
